★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é bonito a disposição da comida também. Já sobre a comida, estava tudo frio e com gosto de comida de ontem (acredito que porque estava fria), não dá vontade de acabar o prato. Mas o atendimento é bom, muito cordiais e educados.
The environment is beautiful the layout of the food as well. As for the food, everything was cold and tasted like yesterday's food (I think because it was cold), I don't want to finish the dish. But the service is good, very cordial and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é boa, porém o atendimento é péssimo. Pedi minha comida através do IFood no horário do meu almoço e não entregaram. Eu avisei que tinha horário e que se não cancelassem, eu ficaria sem almoçar, mas ninguém resolveu o problema. Alegaram problema na plataforma, mas ninguém atendia mais minhas ligações nem me respondiam mais no chat do aplicativo. Tentei cancelar, recusaram. Muita falta de respeito.
The food is good, but the service is terrible. I ordered my food through IFood at my lunch time and it was not delivered. I told them I had a schedule and that if they didn't cancel, I would be without lunch, but nobody solved the problem. They claimed a problem with the platform, but no one answered my calls or answered me in the app chat anymore. I tried to cancel, they refused. Much lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi a marmita de churrasco pelo Rappi. Veio super rápido, quente e muito bem servido! As carnes estavam boas e generosas e a salada veio com a apresentação muito boa, com ovinhos e gergelim para enfeitar.
I ordered the barbecue lunch from Rappi. It came super fast, hot and very well served! The meats were good and generous and the salad came with a very good presentation, with eggs and sesame to garnish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurante dentro do shopping só marcas. Atendimento deixa a desejar. Ao pedir limão pra salada e peixe, atendente indiferente disse que só o que tinha ali no buffet. Ou seja, o limão seco e fatiado para ser colocado na bebida. Nem tentou perguntar na cozinha pra ver se tinha. Impressão que deu é que o papo com o amiguinho do trabalho estava muito mais interessante do que atender os clientes. Depois sugeri à moça que retirou os pratos, muito simpática por sinal, disse que o moço devia ter esquecido de colocar. O "simples" atendimento dela, se mostrou muito mais eficaz e interessada no bem estar do cliente do que dos rapazes que atenderam no caixa. Preço do kilo não é barato. Entendo que no mínimo um bom atendimento e comprometimento com o cliente, deveriam ter.
Restaurant inside the mall only brands. Service leaves something to be desired. When ordering lemon for salad and fish, indifferent attendant said that only what was there in the buffet. That is, the lemon is dried and sliced to be placed in the drink. He didn't even try to ask in the kitchen to see if he had one. The impression he gave was that chatting with his work friend was much more interesting than meeting customers. Then I suggested to the girl that she removed the plates, very friendly by the way, said that the boy must have forgotten to put. Her "simple" service proved to be much more effective and interested in the customer's well-being than the guys who attended the checkout. Kilo price is not cheap. I understand that at least good customer service and commitment to the customer should have.

Cheguei no restaurante pra almoçar com meu marido as 14:45h onde ainda estava aberto para servir.
Nos servimos na opção "a vontade" mas antes msm de acabar a nossa refeição, os funcionarios já estavam recolhendo a comida!
Não pudemos comer a vontade pela falta de educação dos funcionários com nós (clientes)!
Tenho comércio na região e sempre indicava vocês, infelizmente essa recomendação não faremos mais.
Caso o restaurante tivesse um horário para encerrar, que fossemos orientados na entrada, o que nao aconteceu.
Deixo aqui a minha decepção.

I arrived at the restaurant for lunch with my husband at 2:45 pm where it was still open to serve.
We served the option "at will" but before we finished our meal, the staff were already collecting the food!
We could not eat the will due to the lack of education of the employees with us (customers)!
I have business in the region and I always indicated you, unfortunately this recommendation will not be done anymore.
If the restaurant had a time to close, we would be guided at the entrance, which did not happen.
Here I leave my disappointment.
