Try the mix of all dishes, that is the traditional local way to enjoy this food. I recommend to give it a try to the Farofa, mix it with the beans, taste the smooth meat boiled several hours, don't forget the veggies to give to the mix some moisture. At the end you can enjoy a nice shot of coffee or caipirinha, courtesy of the house.
