Primeiro ao chegar vc não recebe nem um olá, depois vc senta na mesa e a comida do cliente ainda esta lá com as moscas. 16min depois, chamando pela segunda vez vc é atendido com um oi, já vou aí. 10min depois qdo levantamos pra ir embora vieram nos atender. Pedimos dois completos por 28,00 apenas bife. Vieram bife e costelinha. Informamos q estava errado, tiraram a costelinha e não adicionaram bife. Veio para uma pessoa e pagamos para duas. Minha mulher pediu copo com limão e gelo, eu apenas gelo, meu copo veio cheio de pedaços de coisas brancas. Tirei e perdi a coca cola q estava nele. Pedi outro copo. A Fanta da nossa filha ficava espumando, troquei. Não trouxe o canudo. Pedimos uma colher pra nenem comer. Não veio. Ela precisou comer com a do arroz. Fui pegar a sobremesa e não tinha talher pra comer. Depois de rodar o restaurante a moça me perguntou se eu queria uma colher!!!!!! Na hora de pagar 68,00 Não recomendo. A comida vem pouca, não estava boa, o atendimento não existe e a atenção ao cliente muito menos.
It's been good in the past. Today's experience was terrible and I don't recommend it.
First when you arrive you don't even get a hello, then you sit at the table and the customer's food is still there with the flies. 16min later, calling for the second time, you are answered with a hi, I'll be right there. 10min later when we got up to leave they came to meet us. We ordered two full for 28.00 steak only. Steak and ribs came. We informed that it was wrong, they took the ribs and did not add steak. Came for one person and we paid for two. My wife asked for glass with lemon and ice, I just ice, my glass came full of pieces of white stuff. I took it off and lost the coke that was in it. I asked for another glass. Our daughter's Fanta was foaming, I changed it. I didn't bring the straw. We asked for a spoon for the baby to eat. Did not come. She had to eat with the rice. I went to get dessert and there was no silverware to eat. After walking around the restaurant the girl asked me if I wanted a spoon!!!!!! At the time of paying 68.00 I do not recommend. The food comes little, it wasn't good, the service doesn't exist and the customer care much less.
