★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido atraves da plataforma e qr code que eles enviam junto das marmitas adquiridas pelo ifood. Era exatamente 12h18. Automaticamente, fui direcionada ao whatsapp do restaurante para confirmação do pedido. No aplicativo informava entrega em até 1h para a minha região (moro há 10 minutos a pé do restaurante). Ao passar esse tempo de espera, procurei o telefone fixo do restaurante liguei inúmeras vezes para saber qual o status do meu pedido e pra minha surpresa não me atenderam. Acabei por não receber o almoço e nem sequer ima satisfação do restaurante. Se pudesse, nem mesmo 1 estrela daria. Não recomendo a falta de consideração em atender os pedidos dos clientes. Uma total decepção, já vai inclusive sair da minha lista do ifood, já não confio mais no restaurante.
 I made an order through the platform and qr code that they send with the lunchboxes purchased by ifood. It was exactly 12:18. Automatically, I was directed to the restaurant's whatsapp to confirm the order. The app informed delivery within 1 hour to my region (I live 10 minutes on foot from the restaurant). After spending this waiting time, I looked for the restaurant's landline, called several times to find out what the status of my order was, and to my surprise they didn't answer. I ended up not getting lunch and I didn't even get satisfaction from the restaurant. If I could, not even 1 star would give. I don't recommend the lack of consideration in fulfilling customer orders. A total disappointment, it's even going to be off my ifood list, I no longer trust the restaurant.

Best self-service restaurant in the region. Assorted hot and cold dishes, kept warm on a wood stove, I was lost with so many options. And free dessert at the end. Attendance show! Gratitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida excelente e variedades..e churrasco..só um detalhe: quem come muito tá ferrado porque existe o prato feito,que você mesmo monta..só que não cabe nada nesse prato pequeno kkkk...mais a comida é ótima, mais pecam no atendimento...como sempre digo ,não importa o que vendem ou tipo de estabelecimento, mais o cliente precisa de atenção.
Excellent food and varieties..and barbecue..just one detail: those who eat a lot are screwed because there is a dish made, which you assemble yourself..only that nothing fits in this small plate lol...but the food is great, more they sin in the service...as I always say, no matter what they sell or type of establishment, the customer needs more attention.
