★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostava do local, mas especialmente, neste domingo,saí frustrada de lá, já logo na entrada, tinha uma senhora, que não deixava as pessoas entrarem, fiquei uns 15 minutos pra conseguir entrar no local, depois que adentrei, mim colocaram em uma mesa que já estava ocupada por uma familia,inteira, e a família em questão, ficou reclamando, que eu e minhas filhas, estavam no lugar não sei de quem( provavelmente alguém da família deles lá.) Deixei passar, mas estava mim sentindo um pouco mal com a situação, chamei o garçom, e pedi se eu poderia passar pra mesa ao lado, que estava vazia! Ele permitiu e eu passei com as meninas pro outro lado, pedi licença pro povo da mesa, e falei que era pra eles poderem se sentir mais a vontade!
Em seguida, chegou outro garçom e disse que precisa conferir algo na nossa comanda, eu falei tudo bem e entreguei minha comanda, ele passou algo pra outra comanda e embolou a que eu estava, e saiu com ela,
Ai a gente foi tirar uma foto nossa pra marcar nossa comemoração, neste momento chega outro garçom pedindo pra tirar nossos prato,(e a gente nem tinha acabado de comer) deixei pra lá mais uma vez, ele recolheu nossos pratos, e a gente estava tomando o resto da coca que tínhamos pedido e ele voltou recolhendo as coisa perguntando se podia recolher ali, tudo numa pressa absurda...resultado , eu estava nos planos de pedir a sobremesa, mas já estava tão mal com toda situação, que levantei, paguei minha conta, e vim embora! Achei todo mundo muito despreparado! Totalmente diferente das churrascarias que tô acostumada frequentar! Dessa vez foi decepção total, da entrada até minha saída!
 I liked the place, but especially, this Sunday, I left there frustrated, right at the entrance, there was a lady, who didn't let people in, I stayed about 15 minutes to get into the place, after I entered, they put me on a table which was already occupied by an entire family, and the family in question kept complaining that my daughters and I were in whose place I don't know (probably someone from their family there.) I let it go, but I was feeling a little bad with the situation, I called the waiter, and asked if I could move to the next table, which was empty! He allowed it and I went with the girls to the other side, I asked permission from the people at the table, and I said it was so they could feel more comfortable!
Then, another waiter arrived and said he needs to check something on our command, I said okay and handed over my command, he passed something to another command and tangled the one I was on, and left with her,
Then we went to take a picture of ourselves to mark our celebration, at this moment another waiter arrives asking to take our plates away, (and we hadn't even finished eating) I let it go one more time, he collected our plates, and we were taking the rest of the coke we had ordered and he came back picking up the things asking if he could collect it there, everything in an absurd hurry... the result, I was planning to order dessert, but I was already so bad with the whole situation, that I got up, I paid my bill, and I left! I thought everyone was very unprepared! Totally different from the steakhouses I'm used to frequenting! This time it was a total disappointment, from entry to exit!
