Já pedi 3 vezes lá, sempre dá algum problema, percebe-se que estão extremamente desorganizados e não ligam para o atendimento ao cliente.
Na primeira vez que pedi, esqueceram o refrigerante, o motoboy trouxe o refrigerante praticamente depois de 1 hora que já havia me entregado a marmita.
Na segunda vez, esqueceram a batata frita que eu havia colocado na marmita, questionei eles no whatsapp e eles nem se quer responderam.
Na terceira vez, passou 2 horas e fui informado que havia saído para entrega, passaram-se mais 1 hora e meia é nada.
Questionei eles e não me responderam mais, passou mais 30 minutos mandei msg para cancelarem o pedido.
Mandaram só um “OK”.

I've asked there 3 times, there's always a problem, you can see that they are extremely disorganized and don't care about customer service.
The first time I asked, they forgot the soda, the motoboy brought the soda practically after 1 hour that he had already given me the lunch box.
The second time, they forgot the french fries I had put in the lunch box, I asked them on whatsapp and they didn't even respond.
The third time, 2 hours passed and I was informed that it was out for delivery, another 1.5 hours passed and nothing.
I questioned them and they didn't answer me anymore, after another 30 minutes I sent a message to cancel the order.
They just sent an "OK".
