★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida e muito boa. Porém a experiência com o atendimento é horrível. Seguem alguns pontos:
- Atendimento sem padrão e de má educação
- Demora no atendimento
- Telefone não funciona
- Whatsapp o atendimento é ridículo. Parece que estão dispachando um bicho.
Por que compro lá?
A comida é boa. Porém para evitar desgastes, peço 2 horas antes pra chegar no horário desejado. E lá é um dos poucos lugares em que aceita o vale refeição Sodexo aqui do bairro.
O lugar tem potencial, mas precisa melhorar sua gestão e relacionamento com o cliente. Se precisarem de ajuda estou a disposição para orientar.
 The food is very good. However, the service experience is horrible. Here are some points:

- Delay in attendance
- Phone does not work
- Whatsapp service is ridiculous. It looks like they're dispatching an animal.
Why do I buy there?
The food is good. But to avoid wear and tear, I ask 2 hours before to arrive at the desired time. And there is one of the few places where you can take the Sodexo meal voucher here in the neighborhood.
The place has potential, but it needs to improve its management and customer relationship. If you need help I am available to guide you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um strogonoff e veio com uma barata ??♂️ Graças a Deus q resolvi cutucar a comida e vi uma francesinha dentro do strogonoff ??♂️ Tenho fotos e testemunha!! Não vou postar as fotos, pois o entregador disse q o restaurante sustenta uma família. Mas eu só acho q a vigilância sanitária deveria fechar esse estabelecimento! Vão nos comentários do ifood e vejam o tanto de gente reclamando das baratas ?
I ordered a stroganoff and it came with a cockroach ??♂️ Thank God I decided to poke the food and saw a francesinha inside the stroganoff ??♂️ I have photos and a witness !! I will not post the photos, because the delivery man said that the restaurant supports a family. But I just think that health surveillance should close this establishment! Go to ifood comments and see how many people complain about cockroaches ?
