Tanto o atendimento como o produto servido, foram para lá de ruins.
Carne de sol veio crua, sabor estranho e batata frita murcha e fria.
Tudo demorava muito, até a conta, tive que entrar e pedir ao proprietário.
Este, cheio de conversa, prometeu mas não forneceu cupom fiscal, afirmou que o sistema havia saído do ar, além de servir mal, sonega imposto.
Olha só o cardápio da casa:
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY IN ESTABLISHMENTS LIKE THIS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hj dia 25/11/2021 com minha família, estávamos em 13 pessoas, não tinha sido mal atendido até agora em nenhum restaurante em Porto Seguro, mas pra nossa infelicidade fomos nesse restaurante.
Fizemos os pedidos todos juntos, com a intenção de jantar em família, e aí começou a saga!!!
Os pratos demoraram extremamente muito, pra ter noção, o intervalo entre um prato e outro era de 20 minutos em média, ou seja, mesmo estando todos juntos, comemos todos um de cada vez.
1- Sem contar que:
Meu pai pediu casquinha de siri, aí o garçom voltou depois de bastante tempo dizendo que não tinha, até aí TD bem, meu pai escolheu outro prato, só com camarões, o qual demorou tanto,tanto, mais tanto mesmo que todos já havíamos jantado e qdo fomos pedir pra fechar a conta , chegaram os camarões, que para surpresa do meu pai e minha, além de tudo estavam CRÚS.
2- minha filha estava com muita vontade d comer spaguetti com frutos do mar, e qdo chegou o prato, era ao molho sugo, (pra quem tem filhos já imagina o qto fiquei extremamente irritado), aí pedi pra garçonete corrigir, o pedido, e para minha surpresa a mesma brigou comigo dizendo que eu havia pedido o que foi entregue e não que ela fez errado.
Depois disso me ironicamente pediu desculpas e enviou- nós os frutos do mar separado, uma cumbuquinha hiper pequena que custou R$ 60,00+ 38,00 do espaguete ao sugo.
Este estabelecimento não respeita o cliente, a família, nem o BECO, onde está localizado.
Nunca mais voltaremos nesse lugar, horrível atendimento de uma garçonete e o pior, do suposto proprietário!
Já tínhamos visitado há alguns anos atrás, e por isso tinha trazido minha família, ARREPENDIMENTO TOTAL

The dishes took extremely long, to be aware, the interval between one dish and another was 20 minutes on average, that is, even though we were all together, we all ate one at a time.
1- Not to mention:
My father ordered a crab cone, then the waiter came back after a long time saying that he didn't have it, so far TD well, my father chose another dish, just with shrimp, which took so long, so much longer even as we had all had dinner and when we went to ask to close the account, the shrimp arrived, which to my father's and my surprise, besides everything, they were RAW.
2- My daughter was really looking forward to eating spaghetti with seafood, and when the dish arrived, it was with the sugo sauce, (for those who have children, you can imagine how angry I was), so I asked the waitress to correct the order, and to my surprise she argued with me saying that I had ordered what was delivered and not that she did it wrong.
After that, he ironically apologized and sent us the seafood separately, a hyper-small bowl that cost R$ 60.00+ 38.00 from spaghetti to juice.
This establishment does not respect the customer, the family, or the BECO, where it is located.
We will never go back to this place, horrible service from a waitress and the worst, from the supposed owner!
We had already visited a few years ago, and that is why I had brought my family, TOTAL REPENTANCE
