★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, pedi um almoço as 13:50, chegou 1 hora depois, quando já estava terminando o horário de almoço, a justificativa foi que tinham muitas entregas, e para melhorar tinha UM CABELO na marmita, mandei o vídeo para eles, comuniquei o ocorrido me informaram que as vezes pode "voar de algum cliente" enfim perdi a vontade de comer e deram a opção de pedir outro prato ou devolver o dinheiro, pois bem pedi o dinheiro de volta, falaram que o motoboy logo voltaria ao local para fazer a devolução do valor, isso as 15:00, aguardei... por falta de retorno cobrei eles as 19:43 da noite! A pessoa que atendeu falou que ia verificar o que aconteceu pois já tinham trocado de turno. Fui receber era mais de 21:00. Então vejam vocês a qualidade no atendimento ao cliente e a agilidade em resolver um problema simples! NÃO RECOMENDO
