Infelizmente, alguns clientes chegavam e iam embora, visto que não eram atendidos. A comida e excelente! Mas como recomendação, sugiro melhorarem o atendimento e reduzir o tempo de entrega dos pratos, que chegou a atrasar quase 1 hora.
The menu options and the meal experience was wonderful! However, the negative point is for the delivery of the dishes and the delay in the reception service. Unfortunately, some customers came and went, as they were not served. The food is excellent! But as a recommendation, I suggest improving the service and reducing the delivery time of the dishes, which was delayed by almost 1 hour.

Wonderful restaurant, tasty food, with many options on the menu, even for my daughter who is allergic to some things. The service was super fast and we felt at home. O executivo veio faltando o principal do prato, a pescada.
Liguei no restaurante para informar o ocorrido, o restaurante deu a intender ao telefone, que a culpa do erro foi do entregador.
Porém o entregador me entregou tudo certinho os pacotes, tentei ligar e resolver o problema, desligaram na minha cara.
Não tentaram resolver o problema
Péssimo serviço, vou amanhã pessoalmente devolver os produtos.
Nunca mais compro nada neste restaurante.

Me trouxe uma batata frita fria que já estava pronta pelo jeito, não quis, pedi para me servir uma quente.
Pedi uma moqueca de merluza, toda moqueca vem camarão, achei apenas 3 perdidos no meio da moqueca, peixe quase nada, o que veio com fartura foi cebola e tomate, fiz a reclamação no momento que estava no restaurante, esperava a mesma atitude que o outro restaurante de suzano, tomaram, quando reclamei que não veio camarão na moqueca, trouxeram a parte.
Prato deixa a desejar pela quantidade, sabor e muito bom.

I ordered a hake moqueca, every moqueca comes with shrimp, I found only 3 lost in the middle of the moqueca, almost nothing fish, what came with plenty was onion and tomato, I made the complaint when I was at the restaurant, I expected the same attitude as the another suzano restaurant, they took it, when I complained that there was no shrimp in the moqueca, they brought the part.
Dish leaves something to be desired for the amount, flavor and very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido hj no dia das mães de um salmão a moda. Quando abri pra servir à família percebi que fui enganado. Colocaram um monte de tomate e batatas, o salmão era um filé minúsculo que mal servia uma pessoa.
Não a toa o restaurante vai de mala a pior. Fiz o mesmo pedido há 6 dias antes do golpe que tomei hoje e veio 5 vezes mais salmão que hoje (dia das mães).
Obrigado por estragar nosso almoço, mas a batata tava ótima, só não precisava cobrar 119 reais pelo prato.
I placed an order today on mother's day for a fashionable salmon. When I opened it to serve the family I realized that I was deceived. They put a lot of tomato and potatoes, the salmon was a tiny fillet that barely fit a person.
No wonder the restaurant goes from bad to worse. I made the same order 6 days ago before the blow I took today and it came 5 times more salmon than today (Mother's Day).
Thanks for spoiling our lunch, but the potato was great, I just didn't have to charge 119 reais for the dish.

Atendente nos informou que demoraria de 20 a 25 minutos, depois de várias reclamações o prato chegou depois de 55 minutos, a atendente que fica no caixa ficou jogando a culpa na moça que tirou pedido pois o tempo de espera correto é entre 30 a 40 minutos, o que dá mesma forma estaria atrasado (muito feio da parte dela dizer " então mas o erro foi dela que informou o tempo errado pra vocês, não meu." Independente de quem foi o erro, se torna da equipe inteira pois todos trabalham para um único objetivo eu acredito)quando trouxeram os pratos, ficou faltando uma parte (frango parmegiana) que demorou mais 10 minutos, um descaso horrível, atenderam diversas mesas que chegaram depois da gente.
Nunca mais volto devido falta de organização e mau atendimento.
