★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida boa, mas ultimamente a qualidade de atendimento caiu bastante. Quando o pedido é feito pelo WhatsApp e pego pelo pic pay, eles simplesmente entregam fora do horário combinado e não avisam.
Com o pedido feito pelo Ifood, eles atrasam ou não entregam no horário combinado e não respondem pelo WhatsApp e ligações para o celular caem na caixa postal.

Resolvi dar uma chance depois de um atraso de entrega semanas atrás fazendo pedido no Ifood hoje e simplesmente teve meu pedido cancelado sem dá a minima satisfação ao cliente, isso não é forma de tratar o cliente não, mas deixa pra lá, tem outros restaurantes melhores, quem perde é vocês que precisam de dinheiro para sobreviver, ainda mais nessa pandemia. Depois reclamam por que os restaurantes quebram, fecham as portas, ai vai culpar o governo.
I never ask for anything in this restaurant again. I decided to give it a try after a delivery delay weeks ago placing an order at Ifood today and simply had my order canceled without giving the minimum customer satisfaction, this is no way to treat the customer, but never mind, there are other better restaurants , those who lose are those who need money to survive, especially in this pandemic. Then they complain about why the restaurants break down, close the doors, then the government will be blamed.
