A atendente disse que estava pronta e que estava esperando o motoboy chegar (por isso as marmitas chegam frias aqui) Estou com meu avô de 86 anos que saiu de uma cirurgia delicada e que estava com limitações de alimentação e que seria a primeira vez que ele iria comer comida de verdade depois da cirurgia, resolvi entrar em contato com esse estabelecimento, pois apesar de vir fria a comida é boa, não vou negar. Pessoas de terceira idade são impacientes e meu avô disse que não queria mais e que ia comer na casa da minha tia, entrei em contato com o estabelecimento e perguntei se a marmita já tinha saído, e sabendo que não, disse que teria que cancelar pois quem iria comer, já não queria mais . O moça disse que não poderia me devolver pois a marmita estava pronta. Pois bem, sempre comprei com esse restaurante, e mesmo depois te ter comprado marmita com salada azeda, sempre comprei com eles pois como falei, a comida é boa imprevistos acontecem, porém o restaurante não agiu de tão forma! Por causa de 16 reais vcs perderam um cliente, e fiquem tranquilos, que se depender de mim, perderá mais!

Well, I always bought from this restaurant, and even after I bought you lunchboxes with sour salad, I always bought from them because as I said, the food is good, unforeseen events happen, but the restaurant did not act that way! Because of 16 reais you lost a customer, and rest assured, that if it depends on me, you will lose more!
