Terrible. I do not indicate !!! The food took time and came cold !!! I paid 60.00 for a portion of rice, a "grain" of beans (very little indeed) and some strips of cold meat ... We agree that it would charge 100.00, more than it offered quality and flavor to the height ... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos e logo fomos recepcionados por um atendente para nos disponibilizar uma mesa, sentamos e pedimos um sanduíche de mortadela chamado Romeu e Julieta, feito de mortadela e queijo prato, um suco bifásico de morango e maracujá e uma Itubaína. Comemos ao lado de um casal, o que foi meio desconfortante, pois os atendentes colocavam os pedidos deles na nossa mesa para que passássemos para eles. Pedimos mais uma Itubaína, umas 3x e como ninguém trazia, desistimos e resolvemos ir embora. Na hora de ir embora tivemos que esperar um bom tempo até nos trazerem a conta, mas é compreensível já que o estabelecimento estava bem cheio. Prefiro fazer um sanduíche em casa mesmo do que gastar mais caro do que deveria por um atendimento que não é tão bom assim, mas fica a experiência.
We arrived and soon we were welcomed by an attendant to provide us with a table, we sat down and ordered a mortadella sandwich called Romeu e Julieta, made from mortadella and cheese plate, a biphasic strawberry and passion fruit juice and an Itubaína. We ate alongside a couple, which was a little uncomfortable, as the attendants put their orders on our table so we could pass them on. We asked for another Itubaína, about 3x and as nobody brought it, we gave up and decided to leave. When it was time to leave, we had to wait a long time until we got the bill, but it is understandable since the establishment was very full. I prefer to make a sandwich at home rather than spend more than I should for a service that is not so good, but the experience remains.

Large restaurant, with plenty of ordering options. We ate the mortadella snack, which is tasty and well-filled, but the prices are high.

Ended getting granola and acai which was fantastic and even treated myself to their world famous mortadella sandwich. Absolutely incredible (but make sure you get it hot).
Always busy here and for a very good reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So they have practically no plant based options. They bring out the food in Styrofoam containers which is horrible for the environment and what I tried was below average imo. Price isn't bad I suppose but could better considering the lack of variety and the fact they cater to nothing in particular(to put it nicely ?) . I got a better sandwich at the airport for a bit cheaper. It was very greasy and I understand that's the nature of fried foods but idk, shake it out a bit more? Overall this place could use major improvements this is sao Paulo for crying out loud. Where is the plant based options? Supposed to be more a more "modern city" but this place appears stuck in the 1900s with their limited options that consists of almost solely animal products. . Surely this isn't a representative of the city as a whole(I sure hope and assume) but it's a huge dissapointment as the first food place to visit. The create your own sandwich section was underwhelming and pathetic as well. It's a no from me.
