★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido simples pelo iFood para 3 pessoas nessa sexta-feira e o prazo de entrega estava para 22:30, até ai tudo bem, mas se passou meia hora e fiquei preocupado e tentei me comunicar com a Katsuji, mas não tive nenhum retorno, quando foi 23:40 foram me retornar dizendo que o pedido nao saiu pra entrega ainda pq não tinham motoboy do app.
Espero que resolvam isso para futuras pessoas não ficarem decepcionadas igual eu fiquei.
I placed a simple iFood order for 3 people this Friday and the delivery time was 22:30, so far so good, but half an hour passed and I got worried and tried to communicate with Katsuji, but I didn't get any feedback , when it was 23:40, they came back saying that the order had not been delivered yet because they didn't have the app's motoboy.
I hope they solve this so future people won't be disappointed like I was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, fiz o pedido pelo ifood , não recebi segundo a atendente via mensagem o motoboy entregou pra alguém na proteja sendo que nem porteiro tem não sabia o nome de quem entregou, e ainda queria vir no prédio fazer confusão, preferi fingir que iria resolver do que passar por um constrangimento, obs. Pedido pago pelo App, sem eu confirmar o pedido ele deu como finalizado e entregue.
Decepção total, prejuízo.
