Fiz um pedido de um beirute de contrafilé pelo Ifood, a entrega foi dentro do horário, o lanche aparentemente estava ótimo, mas quando cortei para comer percebi que a carne estava dura demais, jamais aquilo seria contrafilé, na primeira mordida não consegui mastigar a carne. tentei mastigar mas foi impossível de engolir. joguei toda carne no lixo. Foi a primeira e ùltima vez que comprei neste restaurante. Não o recomendo a ninguém. Perdeu não só um mais futuros clientes .Aguardo resposta. 14/08/2021.
Good evening,
I ordered a ribeye beirut from Ifood, the delivery was on time, the snack was apparently great, but when I cut to eat I realized that the meat was too hard, it would never be ribeye, on the first bite I couldn't chew the meat . I tried to chew it but it was impossible to swallow. I threw all the meat in the trash. It was the first and last time I shopped at this restaurant. I don't recommend it to anyone. Lost not only one more future customers. I await response. 14/08/2021.

Chegou marmita com todos os itens juntos, fria, sem couve (coloram repolho) logo após quando fui realizar minha reclamação eles tiraram o item do ifood.
Nunca mais.
I ordered a medium feijoada from Ifood that came with all the items separately and served two people.
The box arrived with all the items together, cold, without cabbage (they color cabbage) soon after when I went to make my complaint they took the item out of the ifood.
Never.

O restaurante se recusou a enviar o item faltante, alegando que eu quem deveria pedir um motoboy para retirar. Após muita insistência decidiram enviar, porém, além de mandarem uma porção bem pequena, enviaram batatas encharcadas, murchas, algumas cruas e frias. Se você não quiser ter dor de cabeça e ser atendido com algum profissionalismo, fujam desse restaurante.
I placed an order through Ifood. The order came without an item (French fries, which I paid for as an add-on). The restaurant refused to send the missing item, claiming that I should ask a courier to pick it up. After much insistence they decided to send it, however, in addition to sending a very small portion, they sent soggy potatoes, withered, some raw and cold. If you don't want to have a headache and be served with some professionalism, run away from this restaurant.
