O moco ate me atendeu bem no telefone, disse que a marmita chegaria em no máximo 30 minuto, já se passou 1h30 e nada... Eu acho que compromisso com o cliente é ZERO!
A falta de atenção ao cliente é a pior coisa, pois ate o restaurante mais chique e mais caro se não atender bem, ninguém volta.
Pior experiência!!!
First, the service is terrible.
The guy even answered me well on the phone, said the lunchbox would arrive in a maximum of 30 minutes, it has already been 1:30 am and nothing ... I think that commitment to the customer is ZERO!
The lack of customer service is the worst thing, because even the most chic and most expensive restaurant if it doesn't serve well, nobody comes back.
Worst experience !!!
