★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery está demorando muito, mas muito mesmo, ainda eles mentem ainda falando que tá saindo, tá saindo, maior falta de respeito, e de restaurante vazio.
 Delivery is taking too long, but really, they still lie still saying it is leaving, it is leaving, the greatest lack of respect, and an empty restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse restaurante é uma grande incógnita, tem dia que a comida vem boa , tem dia que vem ruim ,isso no delivery , presencialmente ja até acostumei briga de funcionários a todo tempo ( que não muda ) ,mas mantém um certo padrão, se tivesse um concorrente com a diversidade e preço deles ,ganhava se tivesse um pouquinho de qualidade no atendimento .
This restaurant is a big unknown, there are days when the food is good, there are days when it is bad, this in the delivery, in person I've even got used to fights between employees all the time (which doesn't change), but it maintains a certain pattern, if there was one competitor with their diversity and price, it would win if it had a little quality in the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurante razoável, precisa de melhoria nos quesitos de informes de preços e pratos oferecidos, já almocei 2 vezes no local e notei dificuldades de quanto a esse quesito, pois o preço de produtos para consumo aparentemente não tem a especificação de preço dos pratos de forma acessível, no geral vc vai para o self-service e sabe o valor que irá pagar na hora que vai passar no setor de carnes, onde de fato vc irá saber o valor certo a pagar.
Reasonable restaurant, needs improvement in terms of price reports and dishes offered, I've already had lunch twice at the place and noticed difficulties in this aspect, as the price of products for consumption apparently does not have the price specification of the dishes in an accessible way , in general you go to the self-service and know the amount you will pay when you go to the meat sector, where in fact you will know the right amount to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento via telefone é péssimo, primeiro dizem que só atendem pedido via WhatsApp depois não sabem passar informações sobre a disponibilidade do dia,sem contar o atraso nas entregas.
Service via phone is terrible, first they say they only answer orders via WhatsApp then they don't know how to give information about the availability of the day, not to mention the delay in deliveries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço confuso: cartaz informa um valor a pagar mas qualquer alteração, por menor que seja, o valor será outro. Paguei mais por servir carne de boi, no caso uma maçã de peito. No balcão de self service não há proteção nas guarnições e havia insetos voando entre a comida.
Confusing price: poster informs a value to pay but any change, however small, the value will be different. I paid more for serving beef, in this case an apple breast. At the self-service counter there is no protection on the garnishes and there were insects flying among the food.
