★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é belo. Tem boas opções de cardápio. Preços são justos. Dou está nota devido ter ido passar os dias das mães lá agora dia 12, e foi péssimo o atendimento. Pedi 4 pratos, destes vieram 2 depois de 2 horas de espera. Ficamos aguardando os outros 2, o tempo passou e nada e, aí chamo o garçom pra saber o q aconteceu. É pra surpresa minha, ele vai vê e vem com a resposta q houve uma falha na cozinha e que os pratos q pedi não vai dar mais pra servir. Isso após aguardar 3 horas. Ou seja, muito constrangedor, o pessoal com fome, minha mãe saiu praticamente sem comer. Eu TB não comi nada. Apenas minhas sobrinhas (crianças) comeram, pois demos preferência a elas. Enfim, muito ruim o atendimento, a falta de preparo de todos lá, desde garçom a gerente e proprietários. O que seria um dia especial, foi um verdadeiro desastre. Passamos constrangimento enorme.
The location is beautiful. It has good menu options. Prices are fair. I give this note because I went to spend the mothers' days there on the 12th, and the service was terrible. I ordered 4 dishes, of these 2 came after 2 hours of waiting. We were waiting for the other 2, time passed and nothing and then I call the waiter to find out what happened. It is to my surprise, he will see and come with the answer that there was a failure in the kitchen and that the dishes I ordered will not be enough to serve. This after waiting 3 hours. In other words, very embarrassing, the people were hungry, my mother left practically without eating. I TB did not eat anything. Only my nieces (children) ate, as we preferred them. Anyway, very bad service, the lack of preparation of everyone there, from waiter to manager and owners. What would be a special day was a real disaster. We went through huge embarrassment.
