The delivery of the lunchbox takes almost 2 hours to be done, I ordered one at 11:47 am and they delivered it to me at 1:14 pm and I live considerably close to the restaurant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pelo whatsapp é pessimo, nao respondem e quando respondem ja esta quase acabando horario dos motoboys, demora demais a entrega, e nao por culpa dos motoboys e sim pela incompetência dos atendentes. Pessimo sou cliente desde o antigo dono mas agora esta péssimo.
Service through whatsapp is terrible, they don't respond and when they respond, the motoboys' schedule is almost over, delivery takes too long, and not because of the motoboys' fault, but because of the incompetence of the attendants. Pessimo I've been a customer since the former owner but now it's terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida estava péssima, pedi marmita completa e veio arroz feijão e macarrão e pra completar estava sem gosto nenhum a comida, sem contar com a falta de respeito com o cliente, minha marmita demorou chegar demais e quando mandei msg não me responderam mais e ainda desligaram o telefone. Resumindo joguei meu dinheiro fora.
The food was terrible, I ordered a complete lunch box and it came with rice, beans and pasta and to top it off the food was tasteless, not to mention the lack of respect for the customer, my lunch box took too long to arrive and when I sent a message they didn't answer me anymore and still they hung up the phone. In short, I threw my money away.
