★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A refeição é leve e saborosa. A equipe, bem como a administração é muito boa e atenciosa. Apenas acho que o lugar precisa investir em climatização pois, no verão, é muito desconfortante comer com altas temperaturas, sem que venha uma brisa sequer do lado de fora por falta de ventilação.
The meal is light and tasty. The staff as well as the management is very nice and helpful. I just think that the place needs to invest in air conditioning because, in summer, it is very uncomfortable to eat in high temperatures, without even a breeze coming from outside due to lack of ventilation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comi no Novo Sabor algumas vezes ao longo dos anos e nunca fiquei desapontado. Há muitas opções no cardápio, tanto de guarnições quanto de saladas. A comida é bem leve e muito saborosa, certamente feita com carinho e paixão.
Quanto ao atendimento, excepcional, muito atenciosos e receptivos.
Por fim, é um restaurante muito agradável para se ter um almoço tranquilo e leve
I've eaten at Novo Sabor a few times over the years and I've never been disappointed. There are many options on the menu, both garnishes and salads. The food is very light and very tasty, certainly made with care and passion.
As for the service, exceptional, very attentive and receptive.
Finally, it is a very nice restaurant to have a quiet and light lunch
