★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo atendimento, pedimos 4 pizzas as 18:41 e estamos aguardando ate agora as 20;35 e eles só informam que já esta na rota, com a maior ignorância e depois não atenderam mais ! isso é uma falta de respeito com os clientes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo Ifood. O prazo máximo para chegar na minha casa era 75min. Passou disso e eu liguei para saber o que houve. Primeiro deram a desculpa de que o motoboy estava chegando. Depois, disseram que nem tinham feito ainda. Desrespeito com o cliente.

Solicitei troco, não foi enviado. Pizza horrível, fria, massa dura, dava até para pregar um prego. Mais de uma hora esperando, quando chega não dá nem para comer de tão horrihel.
Unfortunately, order made by ifood, delivery forecast was for up to 40 minutes, arrived with more than 1 hour, I called prap to know information the clerk super rude! I asked for change, it was not sent. Horrible, cold pizza, hard batter, I could even nail a nail. More than an hour waiting, when it arrives it does not even give to eat of so horrihel.
