 Great hostel with fair price. The rooms on the right are better as they have a balcony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legal, quartos com climatizados, WI-FI, melhorar só o atendimento, parabéns pra uma atendente que também é camareira, fui muito bem atendido por ela, já um outro dia cheguei às 20hs e fui atendido por um que não me informou que não tinha quanto pra uma pessoal aí me colocou em um que era pra três que é bem mais caro
The rooms are air-conditioned, WI-FI, only improve the service, congratulations to an attendant who is also a maid, I was well attended by her, another day I arrived at 8pm and was attended by one who did not inform me that I did not have how much for a personal one there put me in one that was for three that is much more expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio é novo e o preço acessível, mas o café da manhã é uma adaptação servida ao ao lado de segunda a sábado. Gostei do quarto e atendimento de alguns funcionários, mas tive transtornos na hora de fechar a conta (check out).
The building is new and affordable, but breakfast is an adaptation served next Monday to Saturday. I liked the room and the service provided by some employees, but I had problems when it came time to close the account (check out).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa foi sem dúvida nenhuma a pior experiência que eu tive em relação a hospedagem de toda minha vida. Já vi lugar ruim, péssimo, horrível, mas esse lugar foi o pior de todos. Quanto cheio de baratas, atendentes muito mal educados, falta de respeito com hóspedes, um relato foi ontem dia 07.12, a noite toda com barulho de risos e conversas em voz alta de quartos vizinhos e isolamento acústico de péssima qualidade, parecia até que estavam falando dentro do meu quarto. Sem falar que de madrugada por volta das 5 horas da manhã um cano de água rompeu e toda a minha roupa foi molhada e sequer o ressarcimento do valor pago por respeito ao cliente foi feito, o atendente disse inclusive que não podia fazer nada pois não tinha sido no horário de expediente dele. Nunca mais quero ir nessa pousada...
This was without a doubt the worst hosting experience I have had in my entire life. I've seen a bad place, a terrible place, a horrible place, but this place was the worst of all. When full of cockroaches, very rude attendants, lack of respect for guests, one report was yesterday on 07.12, all night with loud laughter and conversations from neighboring rooms and poor soundproofing, it even seemed that they were talking inside my room. Not to mention that at dawn, around 5 am, a water pipe broke and all my clothes were wet and not even the reimbursement of the amount paid for respect to the customer was made, the attendant even said that he couldn't do anything because there was nothing been in his office hours. I never want to go to this inn again...
