★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um Marmitex 12:05, o atendimento pelo telefone foi péssimo, a pessoa não perguntou meu nome, se precisava de troco ou se eu queria bebida, entendo que é correria, mas dá pra atender alguém muito bem em poucos segundos. Deu 13:00 e disseram que demorava uma hora mesmo pra chegar a marmita, até que a marmita chegou as 13:55 isso é, quase duas horas de espera. Marmita fria e o refrigerante que sobrou pq outra pessoa cancelou eu comprei, super quente. Amo a comida do Prato Cheio, mas o delivery deixou a desejar. Uma hora eu entendo, mas quase duas horas é demais.
I asked for a Marmitex 12:05, the service over the phone was terrible, the person didn't ask for my name, if I needed change or if I wanted a drink, I understand it's a rush, but you can meet someone very well in a few seconds. It was 13:00 and they said it would take an hour to reach the lunchbox, until the lunch arrived at 13:55 that is, almost two hours of waiting. Cold lunchbox and the soda left over because someone else canceled I bought it, super hot. I love the Prato Cheio food, but the delivery left something to be desired. One hour I understand, but almost two hours is too much.
