★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido era 12:30, quando foi 14:10 eu cancelei, 01:40:00 pra entregar uma mamitex há 2 km de distancia... se for pedir marmitex, peça um dia antes para entregar no dia seguinte, efetuei o cancelamento e eles recusaram, tive que entrar em contato com o ifood pra poder pegar meu dinheiro, por que sumiram e nem me responderam mais.
I placed an order at 12:30 pm, when it was 2:10 pm I canceled it, 1:40:00 am to deliver a mammitex 2 km away... if you are going to order a marmitex, ask it a day before to deliver it the next day, I made the cancellation and they refused, I had to contact ifood to be able to get my money, because they disappeared and they didn't even answer me anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma feijoada e me decepcionei demais. Não veio uma fatia de linguiça se quer, só osso e gordura. Paguei 27.00 para comer arroz e feijão cheio de gordura e osso. Tenho 34 anos e nunca vi uma feijoada que não vem uma fatia de linguiça, não vem carne seca, enfim, horrível.
I ordered a feijoada and was too disappointed. A slice of sausage didn't come, just bone and fat. I paid 27.00 to eat rice and beans full of fat and bones. I'm 34 years old and I've never seen a feijoada that doesn't come with a slice of sausage, it doesn't come with dried meat, in short, horrible.

Fiz o pedido duas vezes , a primeira vez 30 minutos de atrasa. E hoje dei uma segunda chance atraso de mais de uma hora. Perdi parte do meu intervalo aguardando. Não respondem pelo chat, não autorizam o cancelamento. Precisam urgente ajustar os processos de entrega.
Bad Experience.
