★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei péssimo... Um Restaurante tão tradicional, após a mudança de proprietário a qualidade foi de 1000 pra 0! A qualidade e variedade das carnes caíram, até as mesas e cadeiras antes de madeira e todo cuidado com a apresentação do ambiente foi perdida.. Faltam alguns cortes, o buffet tem algumas coisinhas, mas nada muito atrativo! Realmente uma pena o Gaúcho ter vendido o ponto pra um pessoal tão despreparado pra cuidar da casa. Não volto mais
 I thought it was terrible ... Such a traditional restaurant, after the change of owner the quality went from 1000 to 0! The quality and variety of the meat fell, even the tables and chairs before wooden and all care with the presentation of the environment was lost. Some cuts are missing, the buffet has some little things, but nothing very attractive! It is really a shame that the Gaucho sold the point to people so unprepared to take care of the house. I won't be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei oque acontece la, adoro a comida sempre compro mas sempre com medo pois tem dia que parece q muda de cozinheiro do nada a comida tão deliciosa vem como insuportável de comer! Diversas vezes só comi a mistura o gosto de alho cru é tão grande que chega da ânsia! Gostaria de saber quais são os dias que muda o cozinheiro pois tem vez q mesmo ja satisfeita como tudo pela delicia do sabor e tem dia que fico fome por não conseguir comer ! O preço é ótimo no plantão da cozinheiro (@) que na maioria dos dias prepara. Hoje não peço mais por não saber o dia da delicia ou o dia do alho cru em capaz de comer!
I don't know what happens there, I love the food I always buy but always afraid because there are days when it seems that the cook changes from nothing, the delicious food comes as unbearable to eat! Several times I only ate the mixture, the taste of raw garlic is so great that it is no longer craving! I would like to know what are the days that the cook changes because there are times that I am already satisfied as everything by the delicious taste and there are days when I get hungry because I can't eat! The price is great for the cook (@) who works most days. Today I no longer ask for not knowing the day of deliciousness or the day of raw garlic in able to eat!

O comentário deveria ser usado como uma forma oportunidade para melhorar o atendimento ( Garçons ) e a qualidade da carne, mas a resposta dada já é o suficiente para entender quanto vale o cliente.
Já sei onde não retornar numa próxima oportunidade.
A moça do caixa foi informada quando paguei a conta, e sobre a carne, basta checar com o atendente dos espetos se a maior parte oferecida no horário da janta não era sobra do almoço.
Sugestão: Reconhecer falhas promove crescimento, desculpas ásperas a clientes só geram mais prejuízos.
Continuem a não ouvir e dar ouvidos aos clientes e os resultados virão com o tempo.
I edited the comment just so you would not be offended because it was not my intention. The comment should be used as an opportunity to improve service (Waiter) and meat quality, but the answer is enough to understand how much the customer is worth.
I already know where not to return next time.
The cashier was informed when I paid the bill, and about the meat, just check with the skewer attendant if most of the dinner offered was not left over from lunch.
Tip: Recognizing failures promotes growth, harsh apologies to customers only cause more damage.
Continue to listen and not to listen to customers and the results will come with time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido pelo Ifood hoje dia 26/12, e o feijão veio azedo e a carne que era de churrasco parecia de outro dia. Reclamei pelo Ifood, cancelaram o pedido e reembolsaram, porém nem se desculparam pelo ocorrido.
Editando: Honestidade está faltando em vcs.. que não sabem ao menos se desculparem e aceitar um erro. Duvido que não houve reclamações, nem me indagaram ou muito menos argumentaram que não teve outras reclamações, estranho né.. pelas avaliações que vi no Ifood tem mtas iguais a minha.
Preferem perder clientes ao invés de se desculparem, certamente que não pedirei mais,lamentável a atitude de vocês. Nenhum pouco profissional!
I ordered Ifood today 12/26, and the beans came tart and the meat that used to be barbecue looked like it was from another day. I complained about Ifood, they canceled the order and refunded it, but they didn't even apologize for what happened.
Editing: Honesty is lacking in you ... who don't even know how to apologize and accept a mistake. I doubt that there were any complaints, nor did they ask me, let alone argued that there were no other complaints, strange, right.
You would rather lose customers than apologize, I certainly won't ask for more, unfortunate your attitude. No unprofessional!
