No caixa, nos disseram que não poderiam nos dar desconto pelo ocorrido e que nós deveríamos ter pedido algumas porções durante o almoço. A reação da garçonete com o ocorrido foi exemplar porém a reação no caixa foi desapontante. The restaurant had problems printing orders in the kitchen, and our dishes were not prepared. After 1h they realized the error and took over. At the cashier, we were told that they couldn't give us a discount for what happened and that we should have ordered some portions during lunch. The waitress's reaction to what happened was exemplary but the reaction at the cashier was disappointing.
