Refeições tradicionais, e elaboradas com dedicada atenção no preparo, qualidade, procedência do ingredientes confiáveis. Desejo que os novos proprietários consigam manter a qualidade, higiene, manuseio, movimentação e armazenamento dos ingredientes com a mesma atenção e qualidade que sempre a casa ofereceu.
Recently there has been a change of owners. My rating will still be by the former owners. Very clean, organized environment. Traditional meals, prepared with dedicated attention to preparation, quality and origin of reliable ingredients. I want the new owners to be able to maintain the quality, hygiene, handling, movement and storage of ingredients with the same attention and quality that the house has always offered.
