★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é lindo, pacífico, com vista para o vale, flores, vegetação e gazebos com mesas particulares, muito bem decorado mesmo. Tivemos uma excelente recepção dos dogs da pousada, um border collie e um labrador idosinho. A vista é espetacular! É possível se hospedar pois há uma pousada no mesmo local. Porém, a avaliação 3 estrelas vai para o restaurante: se paga um preço muito alto por pratos simples, por uma experiência gastronômica de fraca e pouca quantidade. O cardápio é bem chamativo, mas pra mim faltou criatividade na elaboração dos pratos. A entrada de steak tartare de salmão estava sensacional. Porém, meu talharim estava totalmente sem sabor, sem sal, mas o molho de gorgonzola estava saboroso e a carne bem macia. Da minha companheira, os camarões estavam meio borrachudos, e o risoto sem sal, sem graça (para um prato de aproximadamente R$ 100,00). Talvez não fosse um dia bom para chef/cozinheiro.
The place is beautiful, peaceful, overlooking the valley, flowers, vegetation and gazebos with private tables, very well decorated. We had an excellent reception from the inn's dogs, a border collie and an elderly Labrador. The view is spectacular! It is possible to stay because there is an inn in the same place. However, the 3 star rating goes to the restaurant: if you pay a very high price for simple dishes, for a gastronomic experience with little and little quantity. The menu is pretty flashy, but for me there was a lack of creativity in the preparation of the dishes. The salmon steak tartare entree was sensational. However, my noodles were completely tasteless, without salt, but the gorgonzola sauce was tasty and the meat very tender. My partner's shrimp were a little rubbery, and the unsalted risotto was boring (for a dish of approximately R$ 100.00). Maybe it wasn't a good day for a chef/cook.
