★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos duas marmitas grandes de frango com quiabo, eles enviaram depois de 1 hora e meia duas marmitas grandes lotadas de arroz, com um pedacinho de frango em cada. Minha mãe ligou para questionar, a pessoa escutou e simplesmente desligou na cara dela. Éramos clientes desde o início do restaurante, mas depois dessa nunca mais.
We ordered two large pots of chicken with okra, and after 1 hour and a half they sent two large pots full of rice, with a small piece of chicken in each. My mother called to question, the person listened and simply hung up on her. We were customers from the beginning of the restaurant, but after that never again.

Local quando era o Gardiel era exelente tinha qualidade e a comida era espetacular !!??agora do jeito que esta depois de mudar de direçao o local é melhor fechar logo as portas !! The worst food I've ever ordered in my entire life!! Poor quality rice! Beans went a long way!! there was only broth in the lunch box ! the steak Hard like a rubber !! I see some reviews praising this horrible food it can only be local employees!! Because the food is the worst I've ever eaten! Place when it was Gardiel it was excellent it had quality and the food was spectacular !!?? now the way it is after changing direction the place is better to close the doors soon !! Not to be selling bad food like that!! Compassion!

Em plena SEGUNDA FEIRA, foi pedido um almoço que era pra ficar pronto em 30 minutos, e houve MAIS DE 1 HORA DE ATRASO EM CIMA DOS 30 MINUTOS, e só subia o tempo de espera, nada do pedido ficar pronto.
ZERO consideração pelo cliente, ZERO.
Cancelei a entrega pois acredito que QUALQUER outro restaurante se importa mais com o cliente do que aquele que deixa um ABSURDO desses acontecer.
Difícil recomendar um lugar onde o cliente é deixado de lado sem explicações nem nada.
E para completar, ainda devem responder com uma resposta automática igual fizeram com TODOS OS OUTROS COMENTÁRIOS pois ele NÃO SE IMPORTAM COM O CLIENTE
RIDICULOUS WHAT THEY DID.
In the middle of MONDAY, a lunch was ordered that was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes, and there was MORE THAN 1 HOUR DELAY ON OVER 30 MINUTES, and the waiting time only increased, none of the order was ready.
ZERO customer consideration, ZERO.
I canceled the delivery because I believe that ANY other restaurant cares more about the customer than the one that lets such ABSURD happen.
Hard to recommend a place where the customer is left out without explanations or anything.
And to top it off, they should still reply with an automatic reply just like they did with ALL OTHER COMMENTS because they DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
