The fish and shrimp stew were delicious and hearty. Good cost/benefit ratio. On-street parking. Service without highlights.

The food is reasonably priced and delicious. It has a nice view, ventilated place and wonderful service. India that served us, super attentive and a friendliness without equal. When you go to Ribeira, go to Tijupá.

Fui num dia que o restaurante estava vazio porem tive o dissabor de ter uma blogueira (nada contra ela) no local e a atenção estava voltada para o bom atendimento da mesa dela. Eu e mais duas amigas ficamos por mais de 15 minutos tentando chamar ou esperando um dos garçons nos servir e não conseguimos. Infelizmente tivemos que ir embora sem conseguir nenhum atendimento.
The atmosphere is very nice but the service is terrible. There should be no distinction between anonymous and "famous". I went on a day when the restaurant was empty but I had the displeasure of having a blogger (nothing against her) in the place and the attention was focused on the good service of her table. Me and two other friends stayed for more than 15 minutes trying to call or waiting for one of the waiters to serve us and we couldn't. Unfortunately we had to leave without getting any service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diferenciado pelo visual magnífico da Enseada dos Tainheiros, na península itapagipana, pela originalidade do ambiente, uma plataforma panorâmica montada no Saveiro Clube, e pela diversidade e excelência dos frutos do mar, entre eles as lendárias lambretas, que vinham direto de Garapuá e por longo tempo fizeram a fama da casa. Continuam excelentes e são referência na cidade, independente da origem. A clientela descontraída contribui para o bom-humor reinante, o serviço é amigável e os preços não costumam nos surpreender com saltos para cima, resultando em boa relação custo-benefício, dado o padrão de qualidade da cozinha. Nas manhãs de sábado e nos finais de tarde, visitar o Tijupá é um baita programa gastronômico e visual para baianos e visitantes. Com uma ressalva que exige menção: corre na praia, próxima do clube, uma linha de água poluída, à vista dos que ocupam as mesas em uma banda do salão. Um legado lamentável do descaso dos governantes com o nosso meio ambiente.
Differentiated by the magnificent view of Enseada dos Tainheiros, on the Itapagipan Peninsula, by the originality of the environment, a panoramic platform mounted on the Saveiro Clube, and by the diversity and excellence of the seafood, among them the legendary scooters, which came straight from Garapuá and for a long time time made the house famous. They are still excellent and are a reference in the city, regardless of origin. The laid-back clientele adds to the good mood, the service is friendly and the prices don't usually surprise us with jumps up, resulting in good value for money, given the quality standard of the cuisine. On Saturday mornings and late afternoons, visiting Tijupá is a great gastronomic and visual program for Bahians and visitors. With one caveat that requires mention: runs on the beach, close to the club, a line of polluted water, in full view of those who occupy the tables in a band in the hall. A regrettable legacy of the government's disregard for our environment.
