★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora demais para entregar, fiz o pedido 11:50 a atendente disse que era 40 mints de entrega entrei em contato as 12:50 e as 13:05 e nada devido as 13:10 cancelei o pedido.
It takes too long to deliver, I placed the order 11:50 the attendant said it was 40 mints of delivery I contacted at 12:50 and 13:05 and nothing due to 13:10 I canceled the order.

Primeiro, demorou entrega, depois não passou meu cartão de débito, erro da máquina, pois usei o mesmo, hj mesmo em vários estabelecimento s, e qdo abri a sacola, não tinham talheres, sendo obrigatório qdo se serve marmita, pois nem sempre estamos no conforto de casa. Atendente respondeu que não envia, para não desperdiçar. Não acho desperdício. Tive que comprar talheres. Alimentação de boa qualidade, mas hj o atendimento foi muito ruim. Até indiquei a várias pessoas do meu conhecimento, mas depois disso, nem eu faço mais pedidos.

First, it took a long time to deliver, then my debit card failed, machine error, as I used the same one today in several establishments, and when I opened the bag, there was no cutlery, being mandatory when serving a lunch box, as we are not always in the comfort of home. Clerk replied that he does not send, so as not to waste. I don't think it's a waste. I had to buy cutlery. Good quality food, but today the service was very bad. I even referred to several people I knew, but after that, I don't even make any more requests.

Estava fazendo a marmita e coloquei um pouco de arroz e macarrão, porém quando pedi para colocarem carne percebi que a menina não queria colocar quando pedia, parecia se negar a colocar dizendo que estava crua. Em seguida a mulher que estava colocando a comida nos locais de servir veio falando que o valor ia mudar de 26 pra 69 o Kilo que eu estava querendo carne demais e se passasse 300 gramas ia mudar o preço, fui sincero e disse pra ela colocar isso em um informativo pra não ser grossa como ela foi, péssimo atendimento, não encomendo e nunca mais compro mais nada nesse lugar. Mendingando carne e comida, parem de vender.
Terrible attendance! I was making the lunch box and I put some rice and pasta, but when I asked them to put meat in I realized that the girl didn't want to put it when I asked, she seemed to refuse to put it saying it was raw. Then the woman who was putting the food in the serving places came saying that the value would change from 26 to 69 kilos, I wanted too much meat and if I spent 300 grams it would change the price, I was honest and told her to put this in a newsletter so as not to be rude as it was, bad service, I don't order and never buy anything else in this place. Begging meat and food, stop selling.
