★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O restaurante foi um achado. Aparentemente, segunda-feira quase 99% dos estabelecimentos comerciais de Itaipava não abrem. Que bom que o Tradição estava aberto. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos; ambiente premium, muito bem projetado, organizado e conservado. Comida excelente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperava encontrar mais comida mineira de verdade, foi um pouco frustrante nesse aspecto. Por outro lado tudo que foi servido estava muito saboroso e caprichado. Se não tivesse a proposta de ser um restaurante mineiro estaria perfeito!
 I was hoping to find more real Minas Gerais food, it was a little frustrating in that aspect. On the other hand, everything that was served was very tasty and neat. If it didn't have the proposal to be a Minas Gerais restaurant, it would be perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O rodízio de petiscos e japonês possui boa variedade, porém para solicitar o rodízio japonês demorava um pouco ser atendido, mas acho que o motivo era a que estava bem cheio. Possui estacionamento pago (do shopping). O preço é de mercado.
