★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui almoçar neste restaurante e quando fui comer tinha um fio de cabelo no arroz, informei e mostrei o responsável que ficou olhando como se não tivesse nada, ele entrou com a bandeja e entregou para as cozinheiras que tão e somente removeram o fio de cabelo do arroz, ora, o mínimo adequado seria um pedido de desculpas, que não ocorreu e a substituição do prato, e mais, enquanto estava com o prato na mesa, notei que as cozinheiras ficaram me observando e sorrindo, imagino eu que estavam confirmando se eu comeria o prato que na verdade era o mesmo que havia devolvido.
Em resumos, tomei meu refrigerante, e tentei comer o frago, mas meu apetite já tinha acabado. Deixei o prato na mesa e sair do local.
Já almocei outras vezes no local, porém está foi a última.
NÃO RECOMENDO, EM RAZÃO DA FALTA DE HIGIENE E RESPEITO COM OS CLIENTES.
I went to lunch in this restaurant and when I went to eat I had a hair on the rice, I informed and showed the person in charge who looked as if he had nothing, he came in with the tray and handed it to the cooks who so and only removed the hair from the rice, well, the appropriate minimum would be an apology, which did not occur and the replacement of the dish, and more, while I was with the dish on the table, I noticed that the cooks were watching me and smiling, I imagine they were confirming whether I he would eat the dish that was actually the same one he had returned.
In short, I took my soda, and tried to eat it, but my appetite was gone. I left the plate on the table and left the place.
I've had lunch there before, but this was the last.
