★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é ótima, o local é muito bonito, porém o ATENDIEMENTO É NOTA 0, você chama os garçons não vem, demora horrores. Pedi um prato sugestão do chef (que acompanha entrada, prato principal e sobremesa) não veio a entrada e eles se quer deram satisfação, sendo assim eu pedi para tirar a taxa de 10%. O restaurante é aberto ao publico, mas eles tratam bem os hospedes que estão na piscina e os clientes que vem de fora , fica esperando caso queira. Muito descaso.
The food is great, the place is very beautiful, but the SERVICE IS GRADE 0, you call the waiters, they don't come, it takes a long time. I asked for a dish suggested by the chef (which accompanies starter, main course and dessert) but the starter did not come and they gave satisfaction, so I asked to take away the 10% fee. The restaurant is open to the public, but they treat well guests who are at the pool and customers who come from outside, waiting if you want. Too much neglect.

As cervejas são muito boas e chopp também.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi um final de semana sensacional o hotel super bacana a piscina nem se fala salvou o final de semana chuvoso com seus 33° a piscina foi a melhor coisa que aconteceu era chuva que Deus mandava e a água quentinha.
Os garçons de lá precisa melhorar um pouco mais na simpatia ,com exceção de um em especial que não vou lembrar o nome, mas ele não é da cidade veio de outro estado, super atencioso e simpático isso faz a diferença, que os outros possam aprender com ele atendimento é tudo nessa vida !!!
O quarto é bem aconchegante e limpinho o café da manhã sensacional .
A sauna seca é top e ainda deu tempo para fazer uma esteira na academia kkk.
Parabéns a todos e logo estaremos de volta.
It was a sensational weekend, the hotel was super cool, the pool is not even mentioned, it saved the rainy weekend with its 33° the pool was the best thing that happened, it was rain that God sent and the water was warm.
The waiters there need to improve a little more in their friendliness, with the exception of one in particular that I won't remember the name, but he's not from the city he came from another state, super attentive and friendly that makes a difference, that others can learn with him service is everything in this life!!!
The room is very cozy and the breakfast is amazing.
The dry sauna is top and there was still time to do a treadmill at the gym kkk.
Congratulations to all and soon we will be back.
