Fiz o serviço de impermeabilização com a Result Clean há 1 mês em 20 cadeiras na minha casa. Minha filha derrubou suco de maça e há uns dias atras leite.. todo o liquido foi absorvido e o tecido ficou manchado.
Entrei em contato com a empresa, pois o serviço tem garantia de 1 ano.
A atendente me disse que o serviço que eu contratei evitava somente manchas.. que a penetração do liquido dependia da trama do tecido.. eu expliquei que a impermeabilização é uma película em cima do tecido, e eles insistiram que somente evita manchas.. pedi meu dinheiro de volta, já que nem a garantia poderia me dar, pois o serviço deles não é o que diz ser.. o Dono da empresa, Natanael, entrou em contato comigo dizendo que não vai me devolver o dinheiro, eu insisti que queria o dinheiro de volta se não falaria mal do serviço deles, ele disse que não vai devolver, mas que vai orar pela minha vida.
Resultado: o liquido continua penetrando nas minhas cadeiras, paguei caro pelo serviço pensando na garantia, o serviço não corresponde ao contratado e eu não vou ter o dinheiro de volta. Mas o Natanael disse que vai orar por mim.

I did the waterproofing service with Result Clean 1 month ago on 20 chairs in my house. My daughter spilled apple juice and a few days ago milk.. all the liquid was absorbed and the fabric was stained.
I contacted the company as the service has a 1 year warranty.
The attendant told me that the service I hired only avoided stains.. that the penetration of the liquid depended on the fabric's weave.. I explained that the waterproofing is a film on top of the fabric, and they insisted that it only prevents stains.. I asked my money back, since not even the guarantee could give me, because their service is not what it claims to be. money back if he wouldn't speak ill of their service, he said he won't return it but he will pray for my life.
Result: the liquid continues to penetrate my chairs, I paid dearly for the service thinking about the warranty, the service does not correspond to the contracted one and I will not get the money back. But Nathanael said he will pray for me.
