★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse prédio faz obras até as 4h da manhã e é impossível dormir. O bairro é misto, comercial e residencial e isso não é respeitado. Além do barulho constante de furadeiras colocam holofotes que iluminam a casa inteira, impossível dormir!

Alcool gel disponíveis e recepção muito simpática. O valor do estacionamento é alto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moderno, porém com sistema ruim, que dá problema ocasionalmente, aí você fica em pé aguardando ser liberado pro andar, a recepção de cima avisa que liberou, mas as vezes não libera, e na recepção de baixo ficam dizendo só pra aguardar, na última vez demorei mais de 20m só pra poder entrar no prédio pois houve uma má vontade imensa pra sequer ligar pra clínica, aconteceu só depois que eu me estressei, só ficavam repetindo "si liberou tá no sistema", o famoso "a culpa é do sistema"

Obs: não concordei e não acho nada prático e muito menos ágil o acesso via QR Code onde o próprio visitante que vai assessar o prédio preenche os requisitos sem nenhuma comprovação de originalidade, estou afirmando essa breve análise com base no fato de que fui Vigilante/Brigadista Líder na sede do T.R.E de SP sou Formado em Gestão de Segurança Privada sou Instrutor de Armazenamento e Tiro devidamente credenciado pela DPF - Polícia Federal e E.B - Exército Brasileiro
Very good and mainly security / access controller service.
