★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei meu cabeçote para fazer retífica e foi passado o valor de R$260,00, na hora de retirar o valor subiu para mais de R$500,00 sem a minha autorização. Nao sei ainda se o serviço é bom pois não instalei no carro, mas deixo aqui o aviso pra quem for fazer um serviço com a empresa se atentar a isso. A coisa que mais valorizo numa empresa é a transparência e definitivamente esse quesito falta para a retífica Imigrantes.
Tentei resolver a situação por telefone, mas não obtive êxito algum e me foi sugerido desmontar o cabeçote novamente e desfazer o serviço, demonstrando total descaso ao cliente.

Eu tinha agendado com o meu mecânico para os reparos de alguns outros problemas e eles mexeram no meu carro sem autorização. Cobraram a troca de óleo mais os supostos reparos. Hj.. quinta, meu carro tá vazando... E eles simplesmente pediram pra pagar um guincho pra levar até eles, pq a responsabilidade não é deles...
Terrible ... I took the car to change the oil one Friday and was returned to me on the fourth. I had scheduled with my mechanic to repair some other problems and they tampered with my car without authorization. They charged for the oil change plus the supposed repairs. Hj .. Thursday, my car is leaking ... And they simply asked to pay for a tow truck to take them, because the responsibility is not theirs ...
