For years I take the car in the Retifica in Sao Lourenco, MG and was always very well attended, the car being reviewed and returned with the service done! They respect the deadline, are very attentive and the service effective! Highly recommend without hesitation! Honest, punctual, service well done !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço bem feito, o que estragou foi o péssimo atendimento dado pelo dono da retifica. Maltratou a cliente na minha frente. Uma senhora de 65 anos que chegou de outra cidade as 17:55, sendo que o local fecha as 17:48 (??)! Um absurdo!!! Fechou na cara dela e nem deu oportunidade dela se explicar. Serviço nota 10 tem que passar por todas as etapas, principalmente pelo atendimento, especialmente se for o dono. A senhora voltou na semana seguinte e deixou na retifica mais de R$ 1400,00.
Service well done, what spoiled was the poor service given by the owner of the rectifica. She mistreated the client in front of me. A 65 year old lady who arrived from another city at 5:55 p.m., the place closes at 5:48 p.m. (!)! An absurd !!! It closed in her face and did not even give her the chance to explain. Service note 10 has to go through all the steps, mainly by the attendance, especially if it is the owner. The lady came back the following week and left on rectifies more than $ 1400.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência bem ruim. Deixei uma roda para tirar um leve amassado interno. Na hora de pegar não tinha ficado pronto porque tiveram problema em uma máquina. Até aí tudo bem, sem problemas, mas acho que não custava nada terem me ligado de lá dizendo que não ficaria pronto visto que informei que era de outra cidade.
Depois o senhor que me atendeu veio falar que a roda tinha rachado na hora de arrumar, e que a roda já tinha sido reformada antes que não sei o que bla bla bla, aí tive que pegar a roda com serviço pela metade e pagar o valor cheio.
I had a really bad experience. I left a wheel to remove a slight internal dent. At the time of picking it up, it wasn't ready because they had a problem with a machine. So far so good, no problems, but I think it didn't cost anything to call me from there saying I wouldn't be ready since I informed you that I was from another city.
Then the man who answered me came to say that the wheel had cracked when it was time to fix it, and that the wheel had already been renovated before I don't know what bla bla bla, so I had to take the wheel with half the service and pay the amount full.

Hoje e a quarta vez que venho tentar resolver e foi marcado para o dia seguinte.
Não recomendo para quem for fazer os freios com eles, não é de confiança.
