★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Botei um motor pra fazer alinhamento de mancal e eles acabaram com o motor !!tive que levar o motor 3 vezes e não resolveram o meu problema por fim tive que comprar outro parcial gastando 22mil !!!! Não recomendo a ninguém
I put a motor to do bearing alignment and they ended up with the motor!! I had to take the motor 3 times and they didn't solve my problem. Finally I had to buy another partial, spending 22mil !!!! I don't recommend to anyone

Venho aqui pra dizer a minha indignação dos seus serviços prestados.
No dia 18/02 entrei em contato através do telefone, e vocês me informaram que na terça-feira 22/02, iriam fazer a entrega do meu motor junto a oficina Leal vans em Bangu.
No dia 25/02 retornei o contato com a vocês e perguntei quando que o meu motor seria entregue, vocês afirmaram que o meu motor já estava na rua, a caminho de ser entregue.
Chego na oficina onde deixei meu carro, me deparo que o meu motor não foi entregue.
Meu motor já está aí a quase 3 semanas. Uma retifica onde é referência na zona oeste, diversas oficinas aqui da região, indicam vocês, só acho que poderia ter mais profissionalismo e comprometimento com o motor de um cliente que tem a retífica Usirel como referência, e mais respeito a um pai de família que está parado há mais de 1 mês sem trabalhar.
Eu acho que vocês não iriam gostar, se um cliente ficasse enrolando na hora de pagar, do mesmo jeito que vocês estão fazendo para entregar o meu motor.

On 02/18 I got in touch by phone, and you informed me that on Tuesday 02/22, they would deliver my engine to the Leal vans workshop in Bangu.
On 02/25 I got back in touch with you and asked when my engine would be delivered, you said my engine was already on the street, on the way to be delivered.
I arrive at the workshop where I left my car, I find that my engine has not been delivered.
My engine has been there for almost 3 weeks. A rectifier where it is a reference in the west, several workshops here in the region, indicate you, I just think it could have more professionalism and commitment to the engine of a customer who has the Usirel grinder as a reference, and more respect for a family man who has been out of work for more than 1 month.
I don't think you would like it if a customer was stalling when paying, the same way you are doing to deliver my engine.
