★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram o serviço de retificar em março, nisso o suporte e atenção gostei. Porém, após começou a insatisfação com local
Em junho fiz viagem para Boituva, caminho não sei direto, correte dentada soltou ou quebrou. Lá na região conseguir um mecânico, passou quando houve a montagem de apoio estava dois parafusos e um quebrado. Mesmo pediu assim terminar o passeio, acionar a oficina da retifica do problema. Fiz por whatsapp, não mostrou nenhum interesse em olha. Somente com 1 revisão. Procurei aceita e esperar 1 revisão. Tenho fotos e nota fiscal do mecânico
Entrei em contato para agendar a 1 revisão atendimento. Responsável da retificar, perguntou que havia passado 2 000 km ou 3 meses. Onde está escrito os 3 meses no certificado, fosse informado por escrito, ia agendado em junho (período das minhas férias). Passou agendamento para revisão somente de segunda-feira, terça-feira e quarta-feira. Questionei podia ser feito no sábado. Motivo trabalho no horário administrativo, passou informação não podia fazer nada. Deixou bem claro tinha busca o carro no mesmo dia
Conversei com meu superior, liberou ficar ausente no período de manhã no dia 04 de agosto. Entrei em contato, agendar está data. No dia 27 recebi um e-mail, unidade trabalho teria uma visita muito importante e precisa está presente. Avisei com responsável, passou que havia agendar por final do mês. Pensei e consegui uma maneira e após horário do almoço ir na oficina.
No dia agendado o guincho que solicitei levo o veículo cedo. Tentei falar com responsável, saber situação da revisão e nada. Liguei no local, passou assim o veículo estava sendo revisado ia comunicar quando estive pronto. Até as 11:30hs nada ligação, mesmo as 12hs fui por local. Cheguei as 13hs, percebi o carro na rua com porta destravada do motorista. Fui comunicado estava pronto e orientou procura um mecânico de injeção para verifica o TBI. Antes ir embora peguei o certificado de volta e quando fui ligar o carro. Preferi questionar o mecânico da oficina, tinha sido olhado o parafuso solto no lateral esquerdo do motor. Deu uma olhada e encontrou e fazer o serviço.
Quando cheguei em casa, olhei o certificado, verificar anotação do serviço, não havia nenhuma. Questionei a responsável, como ou onde tem controle da 1 revisão. Respondeu que o veículo estava pronto e tinha busca (neste momento, já estava na garagem) e tinha sido combinado. Mandei a foto do certificado com o campo de revisão em branco. Vendo o local e passado até o momento. Quem garanti revisão é feito mesmo e funcionar mesmo a garantia

I arrived at 1pm, noticed the car on the street with the driver's door unlocked. I was communicated was ready and guided looking for an injection mechanic to check the TBI. Before leaving I took the certificate back and when I started the car. I preferred to question the mechanic at the workshop, the loose screw on the left side of the engine had been looked at. Took a look and found and do the job.
When I got home, I looked at the certificate, check service note, there was none. I questioned the person in charge, how or where she has control of the 1 review. He replied that the vehicle was ready and had to be searched (at this point, it was already in the garage) and had been arranged. I sent the photo of the certificate with the review field blank. Seeing the place and past so far. Whoever guaranteed the review is done and the guarantee works.

me passaram novo orçamento 9.950 kkkkk LADRÕES.
fui retirar o carro ,sem cabeçote, faltando peças ,e tive que ameaçar jlchamar a polícia para liberarem o carro BANDIDOS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juraram ter retirado o motor para sanar todos problemas de vazamento mas a sujeira do motor estranhamente continua no mesmo local e o motor cheio de óleo kkkkk além de te devolverem o carro sujo, é no mínimo de se estranhar a qualidade do serviço !!! Cuidado galera

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiencia foi pessima, tenho um MB C180 e tive que fazer o motor, infelizmente levei nessa retífica e depois de meses me enrolando o carro saiu de la vazando oleo e agua, ja levei 6 x pra conserta o defeito e volta com o mesmo defeito, entrei na justica pra ver se soluciona o problema, sem contar que a sra Monique eh extremamente mal educada. Estou dando 1 estrela pq nao tem como nao dar nenhuma.
NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!
My experience was terrible, I have an MB C180 and I had to make the engine, unfortunately I took it on this overhaul and after months of winding the car came out leaking oil and water, I already took 6 x to fix the defect and come back with the same defect , I went to court to see if it solves the problem, not to mention that Ms. Monique is extremely rude. I'm giving 1 star because there's no way I can't give any.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Fizemos o motor e não pagamos barato por isso , diziam que deveria levar na revisão da garantia , isso foi feito ! Ficou uma semana na oficina , prometeram a entrega e não cumpriram e ainda nem avisaram que não ficaria pronto o carro no dia prometido, e quem paga as despesas de locomoção por duas vezes até o local?
NUNCA LEVEM O MOTOR DE SEU CARRO NESTE LOCAL!!!!
