★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá, gostaria de deixar aqui o meu depoimento e experiência com a retificadora São Pedro em Olaria na Rua Doutor Nunes, 1252.
Hoje dia 06/01/2020 precisei fazer um teste de trinca no meu cabeçote que é igual da L200; vi uma retificadora na Penha que me indicou a São Pedro. Desde o primeiro momento ao ligar fui muito bem atendido pelo pessoal do escritório que pediu que fosse até o local para realizar os testes no cabeçote. Ao chegar no local o tratamento continuou no mesmo nível que tive pelo telefone; todos muito profissionais e atenciosos comigo; o que aqui na cidade do Rio de Janeiro é raro.
Infelizmente meu cabeçote estava realmente rachado; e todos me ajudaram na busca de um novo cabeçote me passando contatos e locais de venda; isso parece pouco mais pra mim foi muito importante porque percebi ali que se importavam com os clientes.
Sendo assim acabei comprando na penha um novo cabeçote e levei para os mesmos montarem, pois comprei o cabeçote pelado.
Realmente não podia deixar de relatar o tratamento; a atenção e claro a educação que todos me trataram nesse local; são coisas simples que se tornam grandes para nós clientes que estamos com problemas; seria natural se todos fossem assim no trato com seus clientes.
Portanto por esse diferencial indico essa retifica de motores e cabeçotes em geral e indicarei para amigos que precisarem de uma retificadora competente e honesta.
Parabéns a RETIFICADORA SÃO PEDRO E A TODOS OS FUNCIONÁRIOS QUE NELA TRABALHAM.

Hello, I would like to leave here my testimony and experience with the São Pedro rectifier in Olaria at Rua Doutor Nunes, 1252.
Today 06/01/2020 I had to do a crack test on my head which is the same as the L200; I saw a rectifier in Penha that indicated me to São Pedro. From the first moment when I called, I was very well attended by the office staff who asked me to go to the site to perform the tests on the head. Upon arriving at the site, treatment continued at the same level as I had over the phone; all very professional and attentive to me; what here in the city of Rio de Janeiro is rare.
Unfortunately my head was really cracked; and everyone helped me in the search for a new head by giving me contacts and sales points; this seems little more to me it was very important because I realized there that they cared about customers.
So I ended up buying a new headstock and took them to assemble, because I bought the headstock naked.
I really couldn't help but report the treatment; the attention and of course the education that everyone treated me in that place; they are simple things that become great for us customers who are in trouble; it would be natural if everyone were like that when dealing with their customers.
So for this differential I indicate this grinding of engines and heads in general and I will recommend it to friends who need a competent and honest grinding machine.
Congratulations to RECTIFIER SÃO PEDRO AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES WHO WORK IN IT.
