Eu estava vindo com um problema no cabeçote do motor AP de uma outra retifica renomada no mercado.
Enfim o cabeçote foi feito pela Retifort e depois de 2000 km o mesmo apresentou defeito; Óleo subindo pelas velas, entrei em contato com a Retifort onde o cabeçote foi encaminhado para análise, depois de 4 dias fui informado que o problema seria as válvulas ok até aí tudo bem!
O problema foi que fui informado que as válvulas não foram feitas por eles, perfeito era um cabeçote preparado.
Daí para frente a Retifort não me ajudou em nada!!
Me deu a opção de entrar em contato com alguém em Indaiatuba para fazer as válvulas ou comprar um outro cabeçote.
Enfim não foi a Retifort que fez o cabeçote??
No meu ponto de vista, no mínimo eles teriam que tentar resolver o meu problema, mas não foi feito absolutamente nada, meu problema não foi tratado com o devido respeito.
COMO CLIENTE NAO FAÇO MAIS NADA LÁ, MUITO MENOS ÍNDICO!
POS VENDA PÉSSIMO!!!
Minha intenção aqui é só contar a minha experiência com o estabelecimento e não prejudicar ninguém.
Pesquisar e pegar referências é a melhor forma de escolher o profissional que será contratado.
I was introduced to Retifort by my mechanic.
I was coming up with a problem with the AP engine head from another renowned grinding machine on the market.
Finally, the head was made by Retifort and after 2000 km it was defective; Oil rising through the sails, I contacted Retifort where the head was sent for analysis, after 4 days I was informed that the problem would be the valves ok so far so good!
The problem was that I was informed that the valves were not made by them, perfect was a prepared head.
From then on Retifort did not help me at all !!
It gave me the option of contacting someone in Indaiatuba to make the valves or buy another head.
Anyway it wasn't Retifort that made the head ??
In my view, at the very least they would have to try to solve my problem, but nothing was done, my problem was not treated with due respect.
AS A CUSTOMER I DON'T DO ANYTHING MORE THERE, MUCH LESS INDICATOR!
TERRIBLE POS SALE !!!
My intention here is just to share my experience with the establishment and not harm anyone.
Searching and getting references is the best way to choose the professional to be hired.
