★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Realizei a vistoria da Mapfre, porém não encaminharam da maneira correta ao sistema. Ao serem questionados pela Mapfre sobre, disseram que haviam encaminhado. Resumindo, perdi a proposta de seguro que estava em um valor abaixo do mercado e, infelizmente, estou tendo que contratar um que está mais caro. Não entregaram o número de protocolo de que haviam feito a vistoria. NÃO RECOMENDO PARA QUALQUER SERVIÇO, TOTALMENTE DESORGANIZADOS.
Bad experience. I carried out the Mapfre inspection, but they did not send it correctly to the system. When asked by Mapfre about it, they said they had sent it. In short, I lost the insurance proposal that was at a price below the market and, unfortunately, I am having to hire one that is more expensive. They did not deliver the protocol number that they had carried out the inspection. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY SERVICE, TOTALLY DISORGANIZED.

Pintaram meu Corolla novinho e ficou com VÁRIAS marcas de lixa e rugosidades excessivas.
A porta com 1 mês já deu diferença de pintura!
Fizeram polimento que comeu a tinta do para-choque também.
Infelizmente turma amadora demais.
Vou ter que procurar outra empresa pra consertar o estrago e gastar mais dinheiro!
Não façam a mesma burrada que fiz!!!
TERRIBLE!
They painted my brand new Corolla and it had SEVERAL sandpaper marks and excessive roughness.
The door with 1 month has already given a difference in painting!
They polished it that ate the bumper paint too.
Unfortunately too many amateurs.
I'll have to look for another company to fix the damage and spend more money!
Don't do the same stupid thing I did!!!
