Nunca dão o retorno prometido. Não respondem os emails e quando ligo dizem que estão ocupados no momento e que retornar, mas não retornam.
Tratam o cliente com total descaso.
Retém a documentação do cliente. Tentamos durante 15 dias o envio do contrato para a administradora do condomínio para a mudança de titularidade e a imobiliária não fez. Estou tentando por inúmeros pedidos e desde do dia 16/04/2020 (hoje são 11/06/2020) a resposta do gestor da imobiliária (Sr. Hilton) é “depois lhe mando” sem colocar prazo ou qualquer justificativa de não enviar.
Atrasaram o pagamento da mensalidade sem me dar nenhuma satisfação Após inúmeras tentativas de contato fui informado que por limitações operacionais da imobiliária vão fazer o pagamento em atraso, sem nenhuma correção, apenas o valor principal.
Irei tentar transferir o contrato de locação para outra imobiliária, uma outra empresa que diferente dessa, tenha o mínimo de respeito e responsabilidade.
Buscarei ajuda legal para tratar o caso.

They never give the promised return. They do not answer emails and when I call they say that they are busy at the moment and that they will return, but they do not return.
They treat the customer with total neglect.
Retains customer documentation. We tried for 15 days to send the contract to the condominium administrator to change ownership and the real estate agent did not do it. I am trying for countless requests and since 04/16/2020 (today it is 06/11/2020) the response of the real estate manager (Mr. Hilton) is “later I send you” without putting a deadline or any justification for not sending.
They delayed the monthly payment without giving me any satisfaction After countless attempts at contact I was informed that due to operational limitations of the real estate company, they will make the payment in arrears, without any correction, only the principal amount.
I will try to transfer the lease to another real estate company, another company that different from this one, has the minimum of respect and responsibility.
I will seek legal help to handle the case.

Depois disso fizemos o cadastro para locação, eu sou a locatária que atende a todos os pré requisitos e faria o depósito de caução referente a 6 meses de aluguel. No entando por restrições no nome do meu esposo negaram o contrato, ainda assim fomos até a imobiliária, passamos uma manhã inteira conversando com um dos sócios mostrando o porque das restrições do meu esposo, situação que a meu ver sequer vem ao caso.já que a locatára sou eu, ou melhor, seria. Ficaram de nos dar um retorno no mesmo dia, esperamos por 3 semanas esse retorno, resolvi ligar e a resposta que tive foi que "ah realmente já era pra eu ter ligado, seu cadastro não foi aprovado" Para uma empresa que se gaba de ter 30 anos de mercado, solidez e bom atendimento esse descaso é no minimo desrespeitoso, anti ético e uma total falta de profissionalismo com um possivel cliente. Hoje, se me oferecerem de graça qualquer imóvel administrado por essa empresa eu não aceito, pois a incapacidade de dar sequer uma resposta para um cliente já é prova de que, havendo um problema maior, não irão resolver. Obrigada pelo péssimo atendimento e muita sorte para vcs!
We spent almost 2 months trying to visit a property. After that we made the registration for rental, I am the tenant that meets all the prerequisites and would make the security deposit for 6 months of rent. Notwithstanding restrictions on my husband's name they denied the contract, we still went to the real estate company, we spent a whole morning talking with one of the partners showing why my husband's restrictions, a situation that in my view is not even relevant. the tenant is me, or rather, it would be. They were to give us a return on the same day, we waited for 3 weeks for this return, I decided to call and the answer I got was that "oh really, I should have called, your registration was not approved" For a company that boasts of having 30 years in the market, solidity and good service, this neglect is at least disrespectful, unethical and a total lack of professionalism with a possible client. Today, if I am offered any property managed by this company for free, I do not accept it, because the inability to give even one answer to a client is proof that, if there is a bigger problem, they will not solve it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, péssima, péssima. Negócio ruim, funcionários incompetentes, atendimento nada cordial. Passamos dois anos morando em um imóvel sob a "gerência" dessa imobiliária, e eles quase nunca resolviam alguma coisa - jogavam a responsabilidade no dono do prédio, que, por sua vez, jogava de volta para a imobiliária. Falamos certa vez com o gerente, que é uma pessoa muito grossa e que se exime de suas responsabilidades. Para completar, ao fim do contrato, ainda não conseguimos obter nosso dinheiro da caução de volta, por pura irresponsabilidade da imobiliária, que não enviou a documentação à seguradora. Não recomendo a ninguém. Poupem-se dessa dor de cabeça.
Lousy, lousy, lousy. Bad business, incompetent employees, unfriendly service. We spent two years living in a property under the "management" of that real estate company, and they almost never resolved anything - they blamed the owner of the building, who, in turn, threw it back to the real estate company. We spoke to the manager once, who is a very thick person and who avoids his responsibilities. To top it off, at the end of the contract, we have not yet been able to get our bail money back, due to sheer irresponsibility of the real estate company, which did not send the documentation to the insurance company. I don't recommend it to anyone. Save yourself that headache.

Terrible service, I have a rented property they are highly arbitrary Puts fees that do not exist, does not account for the fees charged in the end just a headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa qualificada funcionários super atenciosos o que falar de alugueis comprar seu apartamento ?não existe imobiliária mais competente no que faz muito correta nos seus contratos assim como nós clientes gostamos, sempre tem melhores opções para todos os gostos basta você cliente está tudo ok com o seu nome e não ter nada de restrição que assim como eu não quero comprar ou alugar um imóvel com problemas empresa alguma gostaria de ter problemas com seus clientes seja ela qual for ter nome limpo e ser correto digno com o que se compromete a fazer você cliente sempre estará apto a fazer bons negócios melhor investimento está com a retta imóveis se você estiver interessado em alugar,comprar não tem imobiliária melhor de que adianta você ter facilidade no seu contrato para depois ter só dor de cabeça.sabe porque tem pessoas que reclamam de não conseguir algo com a imobiliária porque alguma coisa de errado tem então se cumprir tudo direitinho como manda a lei tenho certeza de nesta imobiliária terá o melhor empreendimento que já possa ter feito fica aqui minha grande satisfação e gratidão em não ter nenhum problema com a empresa melhor lugar que já pude deixar meus imóveis para alugar e vender.
Qualified company super attentive employees what to talk about rents buy your apartment? there is no real estate more competent in what it does very correctly in its contracts as we customers like it, there are always better options for all tastes just you customer everything is ok with yours name and not having any restrictions that just like me I don't want to buy or rent a property with problems, no company would like to have problems with its customers, whatever it is, have a clean name and be correct, worthy of what it undertakes to make you a customer always you will be able to make good deals best investment is with retta real estate if you are interested in renting, buying there is no real estate better what is the use of having ease in your contract and then just having a headache. you know why there are people who complain about not having to get something with the real estate agency because something is wrong, so if everything is done correctly as required by the law, I'm sure in this property Iaria will have the best venture she has ever done. Here is my great satisfaction and gratitude in not having any problems with the company. The best place I've ever been able to leave my properties for rent and sell.
