O site é muito confuso, muitas pessoas não conseguem acessar informações lá, onde deveria estar sempre disponível todos os horários e preços de ônibus. Os guichês em algumas cidades fecham cedo e vc deve pagar diretamente no ônibus, caso viaje a noite. O atendimento é sempre muito ruim, a empresa parece não dar prioridade para profissionais que realizem um bom atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendem a passagem com um horário, e o próprio atendente depois da pessoa ja ter comprado diz que o ônibus sempre atrasa ao menos 30 minutos. Não da para confiar ou viajar com a empresa se você tiver compromisso de horário. Atrasos acontecem, mas se é algo frequente, deveriam alterar o horário

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço viagens a 15 anos, esta bem mais organizada, mas falta melhorar no atendimento, tratamento motorista x passageiros e uma observação sugestão muito Boa, carregadores de celulares e wuffi. Pois as viagens são longas exemplo são Paulo x Três lagoas ou Bauru x tres lagoas.
Custo benefício ótimo, e passa ser uma viagem menos cansativa.
