★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi uma pessima experiência, moro em Trindade Paraty, peguei o onibus as 23:15 em São Paulo essa noite q passou e levou 8 horas de viagem, entro no trabalho as 7 da manhã e foi agora que chegamos aqui em Parati. Resumindo descaso do motorista quando fui pedir pra ele que parasse pra mim descer antes da rodoviaria pra poder chegar no horario no trabalho. O mesmo disse nao posso fazer nada, isso é um problema seu, na hora do desembarque , mesmo eu sendo uma das primeiras a descer me fez esperar pra pegar minha mala.
Vou chegar no trabalho atrasada, exausta e completamente decepcionada. Nunca tive esse tipo de problema com a viação mas hj foi bem dificil

 It was a very bad experience, I live in Trindade Paraty, I took the bus at 23:15 in São Paulo that night passed and took 8 hours of travel, I get to work at 7 in the morning and it is now that we arrived here in Parati. The same said I can't do anything, this is your problem, at the time of disembarkation, even though I was one of the first to go down, I had to wait to get my bag.
I will arrive at work late, exhausted and completely disappointed. I never had this kind of problem with the car but today it was very difficult

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente do Cliente da Empresa Reunidas é muito sujo, cheio de teia de aranha nos cantos das paredes, na placa diz ambiente climatizado mas o ar condicionado não funciona e não tem ventilador.
Um calor insuportável. Obs. Eu fiquei a noite no local das 22:00 às 23:40.
Customer Environment of the Reunidas Company is very dirty, full of cobwebs in the corners of the walls, the sign says air-conditioned environment but the air conditioning does not work and has no fan.
Unbearable heat. Obs. I stayed the night in the place from 22:00 to 23:40.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi melhor. As últimas viagens que fiz em dezembro de 2021, deixou muito a desejar. Ônibus sujos, e os bancos parece que encolheram, mal conseguia esticar as pernas. De bom mesmo so os motoristas que são bem educados e atenciosos.
Already was better. The last trips I made in December 2021 left a lot to be desired. Dirty buses, and the seats seem to have shrunk, I could barely stretch my legs. Good thing are the drivers who are polite and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar aqui a minha avaliação da Reunidas, muito satisfeita com o atendimento prestado e a prontidão em solucionar meu caso.
Havia comprado um passagem com saída de São Paulo destino a Paraty Rio de Janeiro.
Comprei para sair horário as 23.35, devido a minha particularidade me surgiu a oportunidade de viajar mais cedo, entrei em contato com o sac no qual foi me passado o telefone WhatsApp e por lá mesmo foi solucionado meu caso, pedi a troca para as 14,00 horas trocaram numa facilidade imensa, mais tarde retornei a entrar em contato perguntando se havia possibilidade de remarcar novamente para as 8,00 da manhã e novamente remarcarm.
Estou extremamente satisfeita com a agência primeiramente por que era algo pessoal meu e mesmo assim se disponibilizaram a solucionar.
Realmente de Parabéns pelo prontidão, eficiência e excelente trabalho.

I would like to leave here my assessment of Reunidas, very satisfied with the service provided and the readiness to solve my case.
I had bought a ticket departing São Paulo for Paraty Rio de Janeiro.
I bought it to leave at 23:35, due to my particularity, I had the opportunity to travel earlier. 00 hours changed in a huge facility, later I got back in contact asking if there was a possibility to reschedule again for 8.00 am and reschedule again.
I am extremely satisfied with the agency at first because it was something personal to me and even so they were available to solve it.
Congratulations really for your promptness, efficiency and excellent work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a rude lady in the counter when I bought my ticket. There was still 1 seat available online in their website for the 23:40 Paraty-Sao Paulo bus, but they only sold me the 23:50 bus. I paid $106 (the actual amount was $105.64 reales but apparently the staff wanted to keep the change) for this last service, which is more expensive than the one departing 10 minutes earlier ($85).
The lady on the night the bus departed was polite with every customer
The bus left Paraty on time and arrived in São Paulo on time.
