★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que a peugeot/Citroën deve melhorar sua rede de concessionárias na região, pois se a demanda sobre os serviços está grande a oferta deve ser na mesma proporcionalidade. Toda vez que liga para agendar um serviço na oficina só tem data de agendamento para absurdos 15 a 20 dias depois. Deu pane no meu carro e liguei para a concessionária e disseram que só tinha data para verificar meu carro no dia 13/10, ou seja, ou verifico em outra oficina não credenciada ou tenho que ficar sem o carro até o dia 13. Absurdo!! Por isso quem tiver pensando em comprar carro da peugeot/Citroën tem que pesquisar bastante sobre o atendimento da concessionária na região, pois a de Belém deixa muito a desejar.
I believe that peugeot/Citroën should improve its dealership network in the region, because if the demand on services is high, the offer should be in the same proportionality. Every time you call to schedule a service at the garage, you only have an absurd appointment date 15 to 20 days later. My car broke down and I called the dealership and they said I only had a date to check my car on 10/13, that is, either I check it at another non-accredited repair shop or I have to be without the car until the 13th. Nonsense! ! That's why anyone thinking about buying a car from Peugeot/Citroën has to do a lot of research on the dealership in the region, as the one in Belém leaves a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que com a nova bandeira vai evoluir no calcanhar de aquiles que é o pós venda e estoque de peças. Pelo menos a peugeot desde o lançamento da 1a geração dos 208/308 possui produtos tão duraveis (até mais) do que vw, gm, fiat e ford sendo que são muito mais bonitos.
I believe that with the new banner, it will evolve on the Achilles heel, which is the after-sales service and parts inventory. At least peugeot since the launch of the 1st generation of the 208/308 has products as durable (even longer) than vw, gm, fiat and ford and they are much more beautiful.
