★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando precisamos e solicitamos o produto, fomos rapidamente atendidos (a chegada do funcionário não levou mais de 30min), pode ser uma situação isolada, mas o fato de ter acontecido uma vez fez com que o local ganhasse pontos (até pela urgência da situação). Além disso, quando o funcionário veio efetuar a troca no prédio, encontramos a situação do nosso armário bastante diferente da esperada (o apartamento ficou fechado por mais de um ano) e ele precisou de ferramentas que eu não possuía para "conseguir dar um jeito" - coisa que nem era função dele ou tinha algo relacionado ao trabalho que ele faz. Ele fez questão de retornar à rua pouso alegre, buscar ferramentas e retornar para me ajudar.
