★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos atendimento, os atendentes debocham o tempo todos dos clientes, os atendentes ficam ao telefone e fugindo ouvir o problema dos consumidores, já fui nas lojas milhares de vezes para resolver cobranças indevidas que me fazem todo mês, quando chego na loja os responsáveis fingem está em reunião, para não vir falar com os consumidores, uma falta de respeito com o ser humano. Uma negação o serviço tanto da linha quanto dos atendimentos em loja, fazem só propagandas para poder bater as metas isso que é a realidade, não indico para ninguém o serviço

Atendimento tudo apressado só uma pessoa várias esperando parecendo fila do sus.
Falta de respeito com o consumidor não procure essa loja .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em horário de pico que no caso é o horário entre 12:00 e 14:00, de oito funcionários, ficam apenas dois. Que precisa desse horário sofre pra ser atendido, funcionários parecem que não são remunerados para trabalhar tão lentamente.
