★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui extremamente mal atendido por quem deveria ser o primeiro a respeitar o cliente, o "gerente da unidade". Não levam maquina de cartão para entrega. Pior Ultragaz de toda a rede, recomendo comprar em qualquer posto de gasolina ou outro distribuidor, a não ser que você goste de ser mal tratado.
Bem, estou editando a avaliação pois trocaram o gerente dessa filial. Vamos torcer para que tudo mude (aparentemente já está mudando).
I was extremely poorly attended by who should be the first to respect the customer, the "unit manager". They do not take a card machine for delivery. Worst Ultragaz of the entire chain, I recommend buying at any gas station or other distributor, unless you like to be treated badly.
Well, I'm editing the evaluation because they changed the manager of that branch. Let's hope that everything changes (apparently it is already changing).

Reclamei que meu gás estava com a chama amarelada e deixando preto o fundo das panelas.
Fui até o estabelecimento de revenda, Serra Negra, expliquei o problema.
Eles não trocaram o botijão,pois acharam que o mesmo estava muito vazio, como se eu quisesse tirar proveito da situação.
Liguei na central Ultragas.
Então só me resta à afirmar que essa revenda Serra Negra é de péssimo atendimento à seus clientes.
Aliás, deixei de ser cliente.
Agora começo a expor minha triste experiência à todos que conheço.
Sem falar que a qualidade do produto em si já foi boa.
Poor service quality.
I complained that my gas was flaming yellow and turning the bottom of the pans black.
I went to the resale establishment, Serra Negra, explained the problem.
They didn't change the canister because they thought it was too empty, as if I wanted to take advantage of the situation.
I called at Ultragas Central.
So I can only say that this Serra Negra resale is of poor service to its customers.
By the way, I stopped being a client.
Now I begin to expose my sad experience to everyone I know.
Not to mention that the quality of the product itself was already good.
